Hi,

I seem to be having issues with my keyboard, I am having to use a USB at the moment just to  add the missing letters.

keys not working are

b

n

left arrow is giving p

right arrow is giving 0

caps lock is not working

I have been online with Microsoft who has remote access and updated drivers, reinstalled keyboard and still is not working they have to me to contact HP support. Does anybody have any ideas. This is so frustrating.

Thank you 🙂

Hi @sarahx93

Welcome to the HP Support Community. Thanks for bringing this to our notice.

I see that you are facing keyboard-related issues on your system. Do not worry, we are here to fix it.

May I know from when are you facing this issue?

Did you make any hardware or software-related changes to it?

What happens when you use an external keyboard or an onscreen keyboard?

I would suggest you please use the link below and follow the steps. Once done, let me know the outcome of it: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c03738933

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
