Product: HP EliteBook 840 G1 Notebook PC

Don't work some keys on my notebook elitebook 840 G1. Specifically the following three keys: "8, i, k". what have I already tried to resolve:

  •  I  couldn't find any update drivers. 
  • I downloaded the hp support programs which did not solve the problem.

I ask for help please.
