laptop battery and keyboard not working ,i also have extended 3 year warrent 6 month remain but customer care say  warrenty not cover battery, keyboard have physical damage so i not able to claim warrent

but i need spare parts for my laptop i search spares in parts.hp.com but

   Part is not orderable in the HP Parts Store.
ASSY-BATT 4C 41Whs 2.8Ah LI JC04041-CL  
RoHS: COMPLY_2.07

most of spares not available  what can i do

You have to find the parts from non-HP sources like amazon india

The keyboard part number you need is 925010-002, but the keyboard of this language layout is basically not sold, but the English version of the keyboard is sold on eaby, the part number is 925010-001, and the battery part number is 919701-850. You can search it on Google.
