Hello Team,


I did a customized Laptop purchase Order Number H326281444 on Sep 4, 2021, it’s been more than a month and without even sharing an update or courtesy call a new delivery date is been updated as Nov 1, 2021 from Oct 14,2021.


Its immensely frustrating for the kind of service I am getting, because of this delay my Dad’s Birthday gift plan went for a toss, ended up getting one more laptop from nearby shop which I should have done in the first place.
Could any one please help to escalate this and at least ensure to meet the new delivery date.

I am sorry about the delays.

No, there is nothing we can do.

We are not the Store, not manufacturing, not shipping - not a department in HP.

We are a User group - volunteers.

 

CTO orders are tough - these take more time than normal at the best of times.

During the past year with the pandemic and now a world wide chip shortage, the delays have just gotten worse.

 

IF there is anything to be done at all,

You might get help - or at least a bit of information - from the HP Store Customer Service in your region.
