HP Pavilion Gaming - 15-ec0101ax6530
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

recently bought a HP Pavilion Gaming - 15-ec0101ax. The laptop is making a weird clicking sound randomly.

sometimes its not there . i have done all the hardware test system test component test and they all passed nothing was showing any error. i have updated my bios as well. a technician came and told me it was not from the hard drive and i cannot replace the product based on my current issue. there is no other problem. just this horrible weird clicking noise that is so disturbing .

@jo__

Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.

I appreciate your efforts to try and resolve the issue. Don't worry as I'll be glad to help!

The last thing I can suggest trying to restore a computer back to the factory default, which will isolate whether it’s a software or hardware issue.

The HP Cloud Recovery Tool allows you to download recovery software to a USB drive. You can use the downloaded recovery image file in order to install the Windows operating system.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
