Product: pavillion b&o
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a pavillion B&O notebook, the laptop will charge for a few seconds after plugging in, but then no longer charges. The light next to the charging port is white. 

I have tried all the steps from downloading new drivers to uninstalling the battery thing in the device manager, still nothing

I have run the battery check and it came back fine. 

The problem didn't start until this morning, the computer was fine last night about 12 hours ago 

 

Does anyone know whats going on??

We could help more if we had the full model number and also if we could see the advanced results of the battery test so we can see what is going on beyond the mere pass/fail result. If the laptop and battery are over 2 years old the odds are very good you need a new battery.
