LAPTOP model: HP 15 ay105tx
My laptop auto shutdown and blackout suddenly. After this it had no function anymore. So i send it for repair and the technician now tell me the problem is more about ic and they dont hav stock to replace it.
What is the next step I need to do? Send to another repair shop and ask them whether they can fix the ic problem? Or send to hp service centre?

An IC is an Integrated Circuit and those are soldered to the system board and are generally NOT available for individual purchase. Additionally, you need special equipment to replace individual motherboard components -- as a simple soldering gun is not enough.
You can certainly contact HP, but they are not going to sell you an individual IC and they are also not likely to repair one in a system board -- as HP does not do system board repairs; instead, they do component replacements.
For cost estimates for doing this, you would need to contact an HP Repair or Service Center.
