On your model RAM is DDR4-2666 and maxes at 32 gigs. Storage is a combination of a 2.5 inch SATA bay that can house a mechanical hard drive or SATA SSD (much preferable) up to 4 TB and then an NVME Gen 3.0 NVME slot that can also take an SSD up to 4 TBs. Nothing else is upgradeable other than by a replacement of the motherboard, which is too expensive and difficult to consider.
