Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
my laptop was not used for several months and when i turned it on, i got cmos error 502. the charger would not charge the battery and it died before i could diagnose the issue. i swapped my battery with another from an identical laptop and used the charger from the identical computer with the same result. once i put the battery back in the identical computer it started experiencing the same issues, no charge and that battery quickly died. bottom line is i have identical dead laptops that won't turn on or charge. i have read hundreds of solutions to similar problems and none have worked. anyone have any idea what's going on and how to fix it? thanks
