Hi everybody,

 

my laptop prompts a message while booting, that the battery is low and needs to be charged even when its plugged. I assume that the battery pack is done and needs to be replaced. Can I check the battery status somewhere? I dont even know what model it is. Where can i find information on that so that I can puschase a new battery pack? Can I replace the battery without the risk of loosing data? Many questions...thanks for any kind of help!
