Product: HP Envy M6-N012dx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I want to upgrade from the installed 8GB of ram to 16GB.

My maintenance and service guide states to "Update BIOS before adding memory modules"

I can't seem to locate any reference to a downloadable BIOS for this product on HP's "Software and Driver Downloads" site for this product. My current BIOS version is F22.

 

Is this the latest version for this model?

Exactly, F22 is the most current version and you are able to upgrade to 16 GB:
