hi. i am trying to figure out max ram capacity of my laptop. running this cmd

wmic memphysical get maxcapacity

is giving me 32GB of max supported ram.
AIDA64 software is also giving same information

since i have 2 slots, can i install a 16GB ram module on one slot?

Hi:

 

Yes, since your notebook has an Intel 8th generation core processor, you should be able to install 2 x 16 GB of DDR4-2666 MHz memory.
