Your Victus by HP Laptop 16-e0033nv (659H3EA) according to: Maintenance and Service Guide (hp.com), can be fitted with up to 2 x 16GB (32GB total) of DDR4 PC4-25600, 3200 MHz, Non-ECC , Unbuffered, SODIMM, 260-pin RAM sticks, such as the Crucial 2 x 16GB kit: CT2K16G4SFRA32A, as seen here:
