HP Pavilion 14 inch Laptop PC 14-ec0000 (2Z8E4AV)

I bought a new laptop from an online store and realized after making an account and registering the product that the warranty had already expired. I disputed the claim, providing proof of purchase and the needed documents, and I haven't heard back in a month. I disputed it again after two weeks, providing the case number and asking for an update. In both cases the automated reply proclaimed I'll get an answer within one business day. There is no way to contact support, the one phone number I managed to find online seemed to only cater to business clients, and I'm at a loss what to do.

I have followed all the required steps on the HP support website, and the only available ones. I am not contacting the online store itself.
