I have my HP ENVY X360 and it is not charging. I am getting a message saying plugged in but not charging. Also saw an article about a recalled batch. Unfortunatly as this model has a sealed batery please let me know how to check my batery bar code to check whether it qualifies for recall.

I have read your post and wanted to help.
I understand that your battery does not hold a charge, and you want to confirm if it has been recalled.
If you want to validate that if your battery is included in the recall program, check this link, and there is a utility you can run to check if your battery is affected. The contact information is listed on the right of the page.
If the battery is not included in the recall program, please run the battery test, and perform the calibration if necessary.
