Amazon Order #111-1610113-1401854.  (HP Victus 15LGaming TG02 – 0013w PC), s/n #.

Seller: NextGenTech

This is not a typical request for a refund. The product is outdated and does not have hp support. HP Support was withdrawn for this HP Model Victus 15L before I attempted to set it up. This particular model has been removed from the market.

On February 25, 2026, when I attempted to set up my HP Victus L15 desktop gaming computer that I purchased in 2025 for $769, I learned that it is no longer supported by hp, and the seller, NextGenTech, refers me to HP for a solution.

HP withdrawing support signals that the gaming desktop will no longer receive updates, security patches, drivers or official technical help, which can affect both security and functionality.

It is unused. It is not usable for me. I am an artist and use a gaming computer to get the best resolution for my art. I store thousands of image files which would be at risk without HP support of my computer. I could not set it up because the HDMI PORT was disabled and a new DisplayPort fitting was missing. Many on the internet had the same issue and were complaining of this unexplained problem, but that is not the issue at this point. The port issue could have been fixed.

The problem is that HP has discontinued support for this model and it cannot be used safely now, without regular security and driver updates.

This model should have not been on the market for sale. It has now been removed from Amazon, NextGenTech and HP sales offerings.

This is the 2025 discontinued computer: HP VICTUS G10 R5 RX6400 – AMD Radeon RX 6400 - AMD Ryzen 5 Processor - 8 GB DDRA4 Memory - Windows 11 operating system -  512 GB SSD    $769

(HP Victus 15LGaming TG02 – 0013w PC)       s/n #[edited]

I purchased a replacement on February 26 from Amazon:

HP OmniDesk Desktop Computer PC, AMD 8-Cores Ryzen 5, Radeon 740M Graphics,  Support Quad Monitor – Wi-Fi 6, 32GB DDR5, 2.5TB Storage (2TB SSD and 512GB HDD). Wireless Keyboard and Mouse for $999.99.

I would like a refund on this computer as it was outdated and support had expired when I purchased it. I bought it from the Seller: NextGenTech. They refer my inquiry to you.

Thank you for your help.

Sally

PRODUCT IS NO LONGER SOLD BY AMAZON – NOR BY HP – NOR BY NextGenTech.

Hi @esimsally,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

Thank you for taking the time to share your concerns. I completely understand how frustrating it must feel to believe that your system may no longer be supported, especially when you rely on it for important creative work.

At this time, there is no official information indicating that HP has withdrawn support for the HP Victus 15L TG02-0013w model. A product being discontinued from retail sales does not necessarily mean that driver updates, security updates, or technical documentation are no longer available.

If your concern relates specifically to the warranty status of your PC, that can certainly be verified. Warranty coverage depends on the original purchase date and the terms associated with the product.

To help review this accurately, please share the warranty details or serial number with us via private message so we can look into it further and provide clarity.

We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and are here to help ensure you receive the correct information and guidance.
