Hello,

 

My laptop is just a year old and battery cycle status is 44/1000 . Everything was good, suddenly i discovered when i run the laptop now on battery , it just shut down when the battery drain out to 60%, every single time.

This is really strange. My biggest surprise is why it should shut down when it drain out to 60%?? and battery cycle completion is also very less, only 44. I am feeling cheated.

Is there any solution for this.. please suggest.

Can you give us a screenshot of the advanced diagnostic results? You must have seen those to get the cycle count.
