hi my laptop stucks at 0% and light show white which means full if i plug in it shows white and the orange for few seconds and the white the issue comes when my laptop dead and i didn't charge and use it for 2 weeks after that the issue comes maybe it due to cmos battery i open the back cover but didn't find the cmos batter my laptop model is 14dq-2043cl

Hi @faizanahmedkhan 

 

It does not have a separate CMOS battery, the CMOS battery is integrated to the main battery, if it has CMOS error, it is most likely that the battery is damaged.
