my warranty is out of date on hp's website although my receipt of purchase says my product is in?

HP Recommended
pavilion 14-ce2003nx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I believe my warranty is valid as i purchased my laptop on 6th of september 2019 but on hp's website it says its expired. When i dispute this expired warranty status by providing proof of purchase, it gives an error code. What should i do
