I have that issue that a lot of people have in a friend's laptop, I tried reinstalling chip set drivers for the last available version and nothing, my version of window is windows home single language, so I want to share that in the device manager there is nothing about camera drivers, but the language is on Spanish
If you can see nothing about cameras or "camara" in Spanish or image ("imagen" on Spanish) so I don't know what to do, I used the software develop from Hp to handle drivers and system detection to help me downloading missing drivers and update them but the camera is missing.
That's the laptop and as you can see it actually have an integrated web cam.
And that's the system info, sorry because is in Spanish but you can understand by the field values info what actually they mean, the windows 11 version is 24H2.
And that is the message when I try to open the camera app, I tried open the camera on WhatsApp desktop and same, in devices settings it does not detect cameras on the device too.
Please if some one can help me I would be very appreciate with you,
