Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I can not find any info on my pc anywhere on the website. so i an curious if maybe the data was lost or something else happened. i can find my pc on your side but there is no info about it what so ever i know the pc is from 2014 but there should be some info about it. i just wanted at bios update because my pc is stuttering. thanks Matt
