sir,
I am facing issues with my PC from last 3 months. the first case ID which I had created was [Personal Information Removed] but the issue got resolved for a while only and again the same issue was reoccurring then after many times of giving remote access to your agents they replaced my laptop’s wireless adapter but then too the issue was there then suddenly after some days my whole system got corrupted and the laptop was not even starting then I had reinstalled my OS then too the Bluetooth issue was there even I had factory reset my laptop 3 times so after it I got my laptop’s mother board replaced and there my laptop was opened by the technician and even he missed my screw of laptop but after that I got new issues in my laptop 1. Over heating 2. Battery was not charging properly. so again after many times of taking remote access I got the battery replacement HERE MY LAPTOP WAS OPENED 3RD TIME and still my heat issues is there and got new issues 1. Bluetooth gets disconnect 2. No warning when battery is low 3. Display is now working properly it’s flicking/blinking 4. Wifi doesn’t provide good speed even after having broadband connection 5. Laptop’s performance has decreased drastically it gets lag many times even on normal use
- today again got battery issue and as I checked in HP support assistance app so it’s showing that this battery must be replaced but it’s just 4TH day of battery replacement
NONE OF HP’S SERVICE MAN IS HELPING ME IN PROPER WAY THEY ARE JUST GIVING SOME MEANING LESS REASONS
STILL HAVING SIMILAR MANY ISSUES 5 TIMES TECHNICIAN HAS visited to my place but still having this much issues please I don’t want anymore parts replacements now PLEASE GIVE ME THE FULL UNIT REPLACEMENT ASAP !!!! NO MORE PARTS REPLACEMENT PLEASE !!!! I am getting many issues her I hope you will understand my problems currently I’M studying and cant bear any more loss/backlog in my studies please help me as soon as possible
Even I am having the video proofs that the laptop doesn’t work properly but due to high quality content I am not able to sent it through E-mail I am sorry for that but If I could get any telegram number so I can surely send it to you

Oh no! We’d hate for you to be stuck with a product, which does not work. We want to have this checked with our team ASAP.
