I don't know what you mean by 'access the medium,' but the reason your notebook's serial number does not help is because HP has retired support for your notebook.
So, if you are looking for drivers there aren't any available from HP anymore.

I could not find a 3rd party driver site for your notebook's model series, but the drivers from this model series from this reputable 3rd party driver site should work for your notebook too:

thank you. Now I understand.
"Accèder au support" means "access to the product support" on https://support.hp.com website.
When you want to "contact HP", you have fisrt to enter product serial number, so it is an insurmountable obstacle with an old product.

Yes, once the PC has been retired, entering the serial number in the support site is of no help.
The best thing to do if you have any HP PCs that are 10 or more years old is to just do a general search by the model number on Bing or Google and you will usually find the support page.
The problem is that you will either get a message that the product is retired, or a page with 'There are no drivers or software for your product.'
Your PC's model #'s page shows the second message.
