The userguide does not specify which USB ports are 2.0 or 3.0

How can I find this out?

User Guide this is the guide. On page 16 and 17, it simply says USB port without specifying

What is the full model number or product number of your notebook?

To find the product number, click on the search icon on the bottom left of the Windows taskbar.

Type System Information.

The system information app should show up.

Run the app and then look for the System SKU line, where you will find the product number.

Chapter 1 of the service manual normally describes the component specifications.

If you look at the 'Ports' information on page 3, you will find the specifications for the USB-C and USB-A ports.

Chapter 2 of the manual is pretty much a duplicate of the individual user guide.

The product number you posted indicates that your notebook is a HP Omen Laptop - 15-ek0018ca.

I'm surprised that the specifications sheet does not mention any of the ports.

It is weird that even this one completely omits two other USB-A ports, but for my purposes right now this is enough 😄
