Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I opened up the laptop this morning and one of the usb-c ports does not work. I tried a couple of things from the forum (inc power off, hold power on for 5+ seconds, then reboot) and nothing. Well not nothing, it does tell me that I should use an official HP power supply when I plug it in, but it doesn't charge. It is an official HP power supply and it has always said that. I complained and nada, but that's another issue.

 

Now out of warranty.
