Hi

I have the laptop hp pavilion 1025ej spec

256gb ssd 

8gb ram (4gb × 2)

Core‎™‎ i3-380M‎

windows 10 home 

The laptop idle at 50c 

I have tried all of these :

cleaning dust

changing the thermal paste also I tried a lot of methods of applying it I use arctic mx-4

the pipe that transfer the heat works good because the air is hot

someone can help me to have solution for this problem

@Altory,

 

I reviewed your post and I understand that the laptop is overheating.

 

What is the maximum temperature it goes to?

 

Meanwhile, I recommend you update the BIOS and the graphics driver from the below link and check whether the issue is resolved.

Hi

thank you for your replying

I have updated the bios , and does not help

also I have installed windows 7 instead of 10 because I thought It will help but unfortunately not

the maximum temp is 85c but I have another laptop while I in Idle it is temp 35c while the hp is 50

I recommend you contact support to further diagnose the issue.

 

Here is how you can get in touch with support.

 

1)Click on this link – www.hp.com/contacthp/

2)Select the product type.

3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.

4)Select the country from the drop-down.

5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.
