Product: HP Pavilion - 17t-ab200 CTO
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)
I REALLY NEED a PALM REST and a new hinge for my
HP Pavilion 7t -ab200-CT0
model 1BQ41AV,
HP LAP TOP Product Number X7N37AV
Is there anyone out there who can help me locate these parts?
During a chat with HP, I was told (and not sure if it is the truth) that HP does not have these replacement parts. Nor could she supply the correct part number or name. I purchased this laptop in 2017. I want to repair, not replace it.
Right now, I am just keeping the screen in an open position by having duct taped L Brackets to it.
HELP would be greatly appreciated!
Thank you,
BJ DreamView
