i hardly get 120 - 140 fps in VALORANT low settings even though i hv RTX 3050ti /144hz 8 GB ram .Is this the max i can get or is there any problem i don't understand .i should be getting 200 fps atleast on max performance i guess.

An Omen 17 with the best available processor and 32GB might get higher FPS.
Just putting this out there, but I suspect that your expectations for the Victus 16 are too high as it isn't a top spec Gaming laptop or a top spec desktop gaming system.
IMHO, 120 - 140 fps isn't too bad for a non top spec gaming laptop.

i used to get 120 - 130 fps on RTX1650 , for a game like valorant i think on low settings and all kind of performance boosting settings it should hv given me 180 -200 fps .now its funny having 144hz screen but not getting 144 fps
