I can say 99.9% yes, it is. People use laptops/notebooks around the world everyday therefore 99.9% of chargers for them must be dual voltage.

But to sure is to be sure, turn it up-side-down and you can see the information.

Hi,

Your ac adapter part number 741553-850 will run from 100V-240V input. So it will work around the world. You can see it written on the ac adapter (really small writing)

You might just need an adapter for the actual plug which goes in the wall as many countries use different plugs.
