Lacking online information aside, your HP Laptop - 17t-by400 was/is most likely powered by a 45-watt, 19.5V, 2.31A charger AC adapter power supply, fitted with a 4.5 x 3.0mm (please verify: see picture) Blue Tip, such as this purchase example: Amazon.com: PowerSource 19.5V 65W 45W UL Listed 14Ft Long HP Smart Blue Tip AC Adapter for Many Mode....
