hi, my battery check says that the battery is more or less 80% of its original capacity , but sometimes while I'm using the pc, it suddenly shuts down, also with the recharger connected; after that waited 5/10 second and turned on, it works as it was in stand-by. Can you help me please?

@Hey9791 I recommend you get the device checked by a certified HP Tech as this could be an issue with the charger port or the battery, going by the steps we've done so far and I suggest you talk to HP support and discuss your options:
follow the below steps to get started:
1) Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/
2) Click on "Continue as guest".
3) Enter the serial of your device.
4) Select the country from the drop-down.
5) Click on "Show Options".
Fill the web-form, to populate a case number and phone number for yourself!
Also, if you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty, is yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from,

@Hey9791 Welcome to HP Forums!
I suggest you calibrate the battery and run a hardware test to identify the cause of the failure with the battery, so that we may resolve it accordingly:
Learn how to test and calibrate the battery in your HP Notebook.
Calibrating the battery resets the battery gauge and ensures the battery recharges completely: Click here for details

@Hey9791 Is it safe to assume that the charger is connected while you get the message battery is ok and the charge is not connected? If yes, I suggest you check with an alternate power adapter/cord or another wall outlet and check if that works fine, also, reinstall the battery driver using the below steps:
1) In the search box, type, and open “Device Manager”.
2) Expand “Batteries”.
3) Right-click the "Microsoft ACPI-Compliant Control Method Battery" that is listed there.
4) Click on “Uninstall”.
5) At the prompt put a check in the box to remove the current driver
6) Shutdown the computer.
7) Remove the battery for a minute and then put it back in.
😎 When the computer comes back up it should automatically find the driver.
9) Go to Device Manager.
10) Expand Batteries.
11) Right-click the "Microsoft ACPI-Compliant Control Method Battery" that is listed there.
12) Click "Search automatically for updated driver software"
Do the same thing with Microsoft ACPI-Compliant Embedded Controller.
Restart the computer and the issue should be fixed.
