Hi
I need to query this please as I need to know if I am sending it back to supplier.
I purchased a "HP 250 G5 i7 Laptop" {at least that what was advertised)
On connecting up and trying to register it, it shows up as "HP G72-a2050 Notebook PC"
and having 8 months warranty left.
Thanks for any advice
Fred

Since this is brand new, yes I would contact the seller directly and inform them of this wrong details & get a replacement.
This usually happens if motherboard has been swapped or wrong hardware IDs are tattooed on to the BIOS chip on board.
