"No Battery Present" warning

HP Recommended
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, My laptop suddenly stopped charging and cant find the battery, and now i can only use it when its plugged in to power outlet. It has "No Battery Presetn" warning. I have tried some troubleshooting steps, but none of them have worked so far.

- tried to reinstall drivers

- updated BIOS

- updated srivers

- updated windows with all the latest updates.

Can someone suggest any other steps to solve this issue?

Thanks!battery_issue.png
