I work at a school district and we are getting a high volume of students turning in Chromebooks with the issue above. I have updated the OS, power washed, hard reset replaced the camera, replaced a motherboard but nothing seems to work. We use the camera and Clever badges to have the younger students sign in. Any suggestions? Seems like a software issue.
