Just curious which I should select, when they're the same price.

I did see on the desktop site (wasn't visible on my phone) that "intel ssd + 32 gb intel optane memory" is usually $40 more, so it's probably the superior choice. Just wanted to check in case there's any benefit to "PCIe NVMe M.2 SSD" (like perhaps it uses less battery).

"intel ssd + 32 gb intel optane memory" is actually one piece of M.2 SSD.  Optane is designed for machine with normal HDD. I prefer to use M.2 NVMe SSD only, we can get better as shown on the following article
