My Device is  HP Notebook - 14-r217tx . im having black screen issue. my bios is outdated. so i tried to update my bios . it say's "this bios update is blocked on this device"   how to unblock it ?

So what/which is your current BIOS?

Hopefully     WinKey + R and type   msinfo32    and look at line 11?

my recent bios version is too much old version. i donwloaded new version. i tried to update , but it says bios update is bloeckd on this device !

The update picture you posted does not say the BIOS update is blocked

buenas noche se quemo la placa madre      star war modelo 15-an001la  hice el cambio por otra placamadre modelo hp 15af105np el problema ahora es para actualizar la bios pero me sale bloqueado aver si me ayudan
