Ik heb nu meerdere keren verschillende ddr4 ram modules van 16GB proberen te installeren in mijn laptop.

echter elke x als ik dit probeer knippert mijn Caps-Lock toets daarna 3 x lang en 2 x kort en de laptop start niet meer op. 
ik heb Corsair modules geprobeerd en nu  SK hynix 16GB, DDR4, 2666MHz, SODIMM, NON-ECC, (MPN: HMA82GS6CJR8N-VK)
Ik krijg steeds hetzelfde resultaat, de laptop kan volgens powershell en de hp gegevens 32Gb verdeeld over de beide sloten aan maar toch lukt het mij niet.
moet ik nog extra handelingen verrichten voordat ik de modules monteer?

wat doe ik verkeerd?
serienummer van de laptop is : sn#[edited]

Ik hoop dat iemand mij kan helpen.
