Product: HP Pavilion Laptop 15-cc1xx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Battery is critically damaged this type of warning is frequently given by the laptop, while staring windows. Though my lap is only 1 and half years old. I was thinking about the replacement of its non-removable battery. I also have remaining care pack warranty. How do I get help? Is there any solution?

If you strike out there we can help you replace the battery. Its not nonremoveable just not super-easily removeable. Replacement batteries are readily available in the market for not much money and we can provide you manuals and likely video help.
