hi

After the touch screen of my daughter laptop  become very warm i sent it your lab in israel.
They told me it is normal, although it never get warm before the malfunction.
What to do?

after the lab in israel said that screen can get hot - it's normal.

the battery began to get empty in less with one hour, the laptop is dying without notification.
