screen popped out at bottom left hinge
12-12-2020 09:05 AM

In the bottom left corner my screen popped out and it isn't connected to the hinge anymore. I have done nothing to make it do this, it has stayed in a case whenever I am not using it so I have no idea how it has happened, but it needs to get fixed.

I have attempted to escalate to HP employees. The repair on this is just beyond what most end users are willing to do and its too expensive to have a technician do it and pay labor. If you do not get a satisfactory answer from HP and wish to do it yourself, we are here to help.
