I understand that you would like to know if the HP Pavilion screw kit be used with the HP Omen 15 in attaching the base plate to the HP Omen 15 series laptop. 

 

I did some research on this case and came across this service guide for the HP Omen 15 series laptop. Following is the information shared in it:

To remove or fix the base cover of the HP Omen 15, please follow the below steps:

 

Page# 33 and 34.
