Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

no lights, wont start, bought new charger. nothing worked. so finally took notebook apart, and noticed small burned area on motherboard.  small hole burned through a barcode paper tag.

it is out of warranty.

 yes i have tried. thank you for suggesting to try to access the same link again.

the link takes you to a page from where you can access:

-Virtual Agent - this ia a useless bot which gives you options to click, no engineering support

-Instant Ink - i dont have a printer problem

- Check Warranty Status - i dont need to check warranty status

 - HP Diagnostic Solutions - which takes you to lot of documents non of which helps you explain where to buy part or how to replace motherboard

- Check Repair Status - my laptop is not in repair yet

- AUthorized Service Centers - this gives you locations of repair shops
