My CPU is i7-1165G7 Tiger Lake.

I am trying to replace an SSD, but I am wondering if it supports PCIE 4.0 format SSD.

It is a CTO machine. You can use Device Manager to see what is its M.2 NVMe SSD drive and use a tool called CPU-Z to see what is its storage controller.

 

You can install PCIe 4 drive but it will run at PCIe3x4 speed.
