Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

hp wants me to send in my computer for warranty repair. Said it could be up to 20 days. Have to have computer daily. Any suggestions?

It takes as long as it takes -- there is nothing we can do to expedite that.

 

There are no alternatives we can provide -- either you have it repaired or you do not
