Pavilion Gaming Laptop 15-dk1004nu
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Dear all,

My laptop is 15-dk1004nu, the problem is that the touchpad is not working.Windows shows everything is up to date, no updates are being found.
Browsing through the devices menu, no touchpad under mouse appears.
Browsing through the drivers menu, no touchpad driver appears, only the mouse driver.
I even entered in bios to check if there is touchpad option to enable it, but there is no touchpad option. Is it named differently ?

Basically my laptop does not recognize the touchpad at all.

What I've managed to found on the web is that I should try to update Intel Serial IO drivers, is this something that will help me ?
Any ideas what I should do next ?
