Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Had it apart for first time to upgrade RAM. Videos show how to remove but having Trouble prying open at point of hinges - hidden screws? - if I force it any more it will break it. Not a tech but a little experience adding/installing RAM on older smaller notebook. It's Easy on videos! Not easy alone.
Product #L8W07AV -- 17" Pavilion 17t-g100 laptop, Windows 10 -- adding 4Gb to existing 4. Thanks all you experts!

The only suggestion I can offer would be to see if the service manual is of help to you if you have not read the applicable chapter already.
