Sounds like processor on your machine does NOT support Windows 11. You have to ask Microsoft, I have 13 years old machine still supports Windows 10 but my 4 years old machine does NOT support Windows 11. My Surface from Microsoft itself with Intel 7 gen processor now is a piece of junk (Microsoft did not release information at that point).
