Hello. Product cq61-110ER BIOS F.03. Can you tell me where I can find an update for this laptop? I want to install Windows 10/11.

Hi:

 

Below are the info and exe file links to the last BIOS update HP released for your notebook (F.23):

 

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp51501-52000/sp51527.html

 

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp51501-52000/sp51527.exe 

 

The PC's Pentium processor does not support running Windows 11 because it does not support SSE 4.2.

 

You won't even be able to boot the installation media.

 

W11 requires an Intel 1st gen core or newer processor in order to work.

 

The best you can do is W10 or you could install W11 23H2 if you can find a W11 23H2 ISO file to download.

 

W11 23H2 was the last version of W11 that would work on any PC.

 

W11 23H2 went out of support along with W10 last October.

 

Microsoft upped the processor requirements for W11 24H2 and newer.
