HP Recommended
Product: HP 15BS 179TX NOTEBOOK PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Poor quality product as it has malfunctioned multiple times with the first 5 months of purchase.My product also has 3 year care pack warranty still HP customer service has been poor. Fault over my product is poor design quality as battery is loose & it came with slight dents & scratches now the WIFI wire has some problem screen fluctuates ....windows crashes ... DVD writes ejects itself every 3-4minutes & im not been provided for a replacement of the product.

Can i exchange this model with another with same care pack & windows been transferred to my new laptop as if not it would cause me to lose almost 15k.

moreover can i upgarde graphics card & processor for this model?
