i have hp nx6110 laptop is being updated to windows 10 and need to know if i can upgrade the wifi card to dual band , my router is docsis 3.0 dual band 2.4 and 5,0g will like to upgrade to wifi card ac  or if this laptop is comparable to new card ac

if there is a card can you supply the part number and the seller than you

lists the "Mini PCI communications modules" that were available in 2005 for your 2005-vintage laptop.

 

The easiest solution is to purchase an external "Wireless N" adapter, and connect it to a USB port, and to "disable" the internal "Wireless G" adapter.
